Moscow, Russia, May 4, 2015 - The FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Moscow Grand Slam will feature top players from Brazil, the United States and Europe, including last year's winners Russians Konstantin Semenov/Vyacheslav Krasilnikov and USA's Kerri Walsh/April Ross.

The event in Moscow will take place from May 26-31 and is the first of four Grand Slam events on the 2015 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour, which also includes Grand Slam events in St. Petersburg (USA), Long Beach (USA) and Olsztyn (Poland).

Moscow Grand Slam Director Ilya Volodarsky said: - "We are pleased that all the best players will come back to Russia. The fans will be able to enjoy the highest level of beach volleyball in the world. This year's Moscow Grand Slam is significant for two reasons - because it is so close to the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships The Netherlands 2015 and because it is part of the qualification process for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. I am sure that our tournament will again be held at the highest level and will allow players to perform at their best and provide the audience with unforgettable emotions."
