Video review of 2012 FIVB SWATCH World Tour now online

The film features interviews with top players and a Road To London segment about the 2012 Olympics, in addition to footage from the World Tour
Lausanne, Switzerland, November 22, 2012 – A film capturing the key moments from the 2012 FIVB SWATCH World Tour is now available for viewing on FIVB Web TV.

All 11 men’s and 12 women’s events are summarised in the 26-minute film, which also features interviews with top players and a Road To London segment about the 2012 Olympics.

In addition to unprecedented success at the Olympic Games, in 2012 the beach volleyball world saw Larissa França and Juliana Felisberta Da Silva of Brazil win their fourth consecutive FIVB SWATCH World Tour title and seventh in the last eight years, breaking the all-time women’s record. Meanwhile, it was a long-awaited first World Tour title for USA’s Jake Gibb and Sean Rosenthal, who capped the best international season of their career by earning the men’s 2012 championship.
