Shanghai, China, May 6, 2011 – China’s Xu Linyin has said he and partner Wu Penggen should be satisfied with the result at the FIVB Beach Volleyball Swatch World Tour Shanghai Open despite finishing fifth in his latest blog for the FIVB website.

Xu and Wu went down to Spain’s Pablo Herrera and Adrian Gavira on Friday but Xu said that gaining experience and qualification points for the London 2012 Olympic Games is their top priority.

The men’s edition of the Shanghai Open continues on Saturday with the semifinals and finals while the women’s tournament concludes on Sunday.
