Team profile

Biography of Youth national boys’ team of Iran

Up to this moment the youth boys national team of Iran has participated at the world youth boys volleyball championship for 7 times. The most valuable result was gold medal of 2007 in Mexico.

During 2001 and 2009 the team had achieved 2 silver medals. In 2003 Our team had got third ranking of the world and bronze medal.

Many players of this team are students of high schools and after 5 months of training and having  continues camping are determined  to achieve highest rank of youth in world volleyball in Argentina.

Family Name: Ataee Nouri

Birth date: 1970

B. Ataee  will take I.R. Iran youth boys ‘ team to Argentine. He was ex-player of Iran national senior men’ team and His position was middle blocker.

 Previously he was assistant coach for the senior men’s team and had achieved two gold medals of Asian cup and one silver medal of Asian games at Guangzhou of China.

At the moment beside being head coach of the youth team he is serving as the head coach of KALE club team, this team is from AMOL city. It is one of the super league teams . During two previous years  the team has got third place of Iran super league championship for two times.
