Team profile

The China Boy’s Volleyball Team was set up on May 10th, 2011, with players from 9 provinces and cities of volleyball tradition. The team is young and energetic, with average 17.6 years in age and 198cm in height.

 

Headed by DONG Ruijun, the players are mainly the same as the last year’s boy’s team, the silver medal team in the 8th Asian Boy's Youth Volleyball Championship. Being the talents reserve for China Men’s Volleyball Team, the boys follows the traditional principles in training and development, and strive with the goal of becoming the outstanding players in the National Men's Team in the near future.

Coach profile

Dong Ruijun, the head coach of the Chinese Boy's Team, has been worked for the Army club for more than 20 years. Also as the head coach of the club, he led the team for two gold medals in China Volleyball League.
