Serbia attains its first goal by reaching the semis

Milan Djuricic is prepared for Iran or Russia

T.D. Ravikumar, Captain of India: “Serbia played really well today while we did not manage to play 100 per cent.”

Aleksandar Atanasijevic, Captain of Serbia: “It was a difficult match and we knew it was going to be hard. We had the right strength to cope with the Indian team. We now have to play the semi-finals, we came here to win the gold medal and have to be ready to face Iran or Russia.”
 
G.E. Sridharan, Coach of India: “It was definitely a bad day for us. Serbia played really well, while my guys did not manage to give their best. I would like to give my best wishes to the Serbian team in the semifinals.”
 
Milan Djuricic, Coach of Serbia: “We played really well today. Maybe the Indian team was tired because of the five sets played yesterday and we succeeded to make them move a lot. We got our goal of reaching the semi-finals. We now have one day off to prepare for Russia or Iran.”
