Chinese Taipei coach says poor serve reception costly in loss to Korea

Korean players celebrate their one-side victory over Chinese Taipei

Kim Hyung-Sil, coach of Korea: It seemed that our opponent was every nervous today. This allowed us to play with a free manner in the match. With confidence we will keep going on.

Norimasa Sakakuchi, coach of Chinese Taipei: We lacked height. We were blocked and attacked. We have to strengthen our serve reception. Chen Wan Ting played well for us in the third set, but that was about it. We will learn from this kind of match.

Kim Sa-Nee, captain of Korea: We are happy to be able to win. Many of our team members got to play and was a good thing. We will try our best again tomorrow.

Teng Yen Min, captain of Chinese Taipei: Our service reception was not good. It is our weak point. The Korean team found this out and attacked it immediately. We will have to improve on this and fight in the remaining games.
