Egypt coach Elshemerly Sherif: "Pakistan played well and they really fought especially in the last set. From today, after one match we started playing better. Unfortunately, we lost the chance to prepare well before the event here. I hope to play good against Bulgaria and we will do our best".
Egypt captain Ashraf Abouelhassan: "Today the players in my team followed everything the coach said. We started playing better and we would like to do our best against Bulgaria".
Pakistan coach Hussain Mazhar: "Our team lost because of poor reception especially in the first set. We started playing better in the third set but our problem is that Pakistan players are very young and they played against much more experienced ones".
Pakistan captain Naseer Ahmed: "We played our game and we made a good match but like in every game one team win and the other lose. The third set was good but we lost our chance to win it".
