Korea get set to host unbeaten Italy |

Korea celebrate after their victory over France last weekend |
Incheon, Korea, June 9, 2011 – Korea have earned nine points from three victories so far in the 2011 FIVB Volleyball World League and will this weekend try to topple Pool D leaders Italy at home.
With most of its players not participating due to injuries, Korea had to make a generational shift of players. However, against all odds, these players have surpassed all expectations and many sense a place in the Final Round. The first two weeks have seen the side defeat Cuba for the first time in 27 years and overcome France twice.
However Italy will bring a new challenge and they have had a strong performance in both blocking and service. The side is currently unbeaten and will want to keep it that way as Korea look to develop further.
