   Profile
  One of many talents raised in the city of Pozarevac, a well known volleyball centre primarily for the work done with younger categories. As a 16-year old he was given the chance to play for VC “Mladi Radnik” from Pozarevac and his good performances saw him join VC “Vojvodina” from Novi Sad.

With his new club he won the Championship title, and then won again with VC “Radnicki” from Kragujevac. He was among the best scorers playing for both of his teams in the Champions League, while he switched between positions of the Receiver and the Opposite.

Last year, he played for VC “Budvanska Riviera” in Montenegro, one of the biggest  surprises in the Champions League. Towards the end of the season he got the call from Serie A, and moved to Italy to play for VC Roma.

After many years of experience in the youth and junior teams, Cupkovic waits to make his official debut in the senior team. So far, he only played in friendly matches against Iran two years ago.
