Italy comes up ahead from the second set and beats China finally
Strong Italy encountered a surprisingly strong challenge from China at first, but came from behind to tame the Chinese 3-1 Friday in the World Man's volleyball League. Shanghai, China.
The Chinese took the upper hand 5-4, and the Chinese widened their lead to 8-6 before a time out. The Chinese kept their success with the score of 20-11. With the heavy smash of Shen qiong, the high scorer in Chinese Team, China took the first set 25-12.

The Italian recovered rhythm and form quickly. Thus both sides had a see-saw game with 10 tied. In the next 10 minutes, the Italian fought back to go ahead 16-13, with their high scorer Cernic Matej leading the attack . Then seesaw followed again until the Italian took the lead 23-21. The Italian blocked their way to get set point and then took the set 25-21.

But the Chinese rallied again to fight back 23-14. However, the Italian did not give any chance to the Chinese and kept the lead 23-22. Finally, the Italian won the set 25-23 by their successful block.
Both sides fought neck to neck at the beginning of the fourth set until the Italian took the upper hand of 8-6 before timeout. Afterwards, China broke away and came from behind to 21-21. However, the tie did not last any longer when Italy won the final consecutive 4 points and won the first home match for China.
