Kazakhstan, who lost to China in three sets on Friday, fell to 0-2.
Four American players scored in double figures: Destinee Hooker led the way with 15 points followed by Megan Hodge (14), Jordan Larson (13) and Heather Bown (12).
Kazakhstan were led by Olga Drobyshevskaya and Radmila Beresneva, who both scored 10 points apiece.
USA picked up an impressive 15 service points compared to just two for Kazakhstan.
The Americans outblocked Kazakhstan 8-3.
Both teams used nearly all their players during the three-set match, which, apart from a brief flurry in the second set, was a one-sided affair thanks to the Americans’ outstanding power in attack.
On Sunday, USA will face China, while Kazakhstan will take on Serbia.
