Netherlands captain Flier Manon: Puerto Rico made many mistakes so that we had less pressure. For  tomorrow’s match against China, I think we must just play the way we played yesterday and today. Volleyball requires team work more than an individual’s ability. 

Puerto Rico coach Patricio Chutney: Netherlands team had certainly scouted our weakness. I believe the team that commits less errors wins.

Netherlands head coach Avital Selinger: The difference was superb and I was satisfied with the girls. They did well on services and blocks, the two important points. About game with China, China has its own volleyball tradition, but we also have our qualities.
