If you would like to cover the Final Round of the FIVB World Grand Prix 2009, please download the Press Accreditation Form from the link below, fill out the required fields, and send the file to Japan Volleyball Association (JVA) Press Section (press2009@jva.or.jp) before but no later than Tuesday, 11 August 2009. Your accreditation form will be examined, and we will inform you by Thursday, 13 August 2009.

If you are accepted, we will send you the Press Accreditation Form with Authorized Signature. Please bring a printout copy of the form and your passport to the press information desk.

Please do NOT download a form from the link above. Considering about acquiring the visa, JVA asked China Volleyball Association (CVA) to collect all the applications from the Chinese journalists.
