KOR beat DOM straight sets
KOR was in ready mood on the court against DOM in their hometown Seoul.
KOR started with a power hitter #6(CHOI, Kwang-Hee) who performed smart attacking skills over DOM
using 'pushing' and 'tips' to confuse DOM's defensive system. #2(HAN, Yoo-Mi) tried a variety of shots in her spiking, espcially to take advantage of rather shorter blocker of DOM on the left side with down-the-line spikes.
DOM had strong return with powerful spikes of #15(Cosiri Rodriguez Andino) on the left and #1(Annerys Vargas Valdez) in the middle, but overall they made too many unforced errors in defense and serve, which cost a set.

The 2nd set was pretty much the same as in the first set in terms of contents. #1 of DOM showed
outstanding performance in the middle against KOR's blockcers. However, DOM needed a little more refined basic ball control skills to earn a point in many long rallies.

KOR was up-mood on the court from the beginning of 3rd set. #8(HWANG, Youn-Joo)of KOR ,
a rooky of left-handed young girl made herself well-known to home fans, She performed effective flat jump serve which caused DOM's pass in trouble and outstanding spikes on the right side of net.
DOM seemed to be lost their spirit in the 3rd set. KOR was a 2-3 points lead all the through each set and DOM had tried hard to come back.
However, whenever DOM had a chance of 'turn-over', they made frequent unforced errors which cost the match.
