Ingrid Visser (the Netherlands): We had a good start in the game. Unfortunately, we could not hold on late in the match.
We have to work harder to maintain the top level through the match as China did in this match.
Dutch head coach Avital Selinger: I am happy with our start, in the first set we played the best level that we are at this point. But later on, we could not keep our consistence.
In the fourth set, China played great volleyball while we went down. They (China) kept pushing and pushing and the spirit of our team got broken late in the fourth set. It's an important lesson for us and there are a lot of things we can learn from China.
I think in the future we have to be patient through the game. We will also have to improve our consistence.
Feng Kun (China): Generally speaking, we played a good game. However, we started slowly and made many mistakes in the first set.
China head coach Chen Zhonghe: As our captain said, we started slowly in the game. In the first set, we did not find our rhythm and allow the Netherlands play very effective attack.
In the second set, we changed our positions and made some substitution and gradually got our game going.
