Team cohesion and well-defined attacker-setter coordination supplied team Dominican Republic with a good performance. However, Poland played more steadily. With strong attacks and deft dink spikes by Sliwa, Poland continued their lead in the fourth set. Dominican Republic turned the situation around and took a led 22-20. But due to the last minute's errors, the Dominican Republic lost the set 22-25. Overall it was a good victory for Poland 3 games to 1 in their favor.
