"After two tough days, we can now smile," says Italy coach Bonitta

Venezuela's coach Roberto Garcia and captian Emerson Rodriguez speaks about match against Italy

Italy coach Marco Bonitta:

"After two terrible days, finally we can smile. Our victory is important to play in this group. We will play against Russia. We played better than the other two days. Even though we some problems of concentration, we managed to win together as a team."

Italy team captain Edoardo Picco:

"I think we played well. First two sets we played very aggressive. We had problems but we helped each other and we won. All teams are tough especially Serbia but I believe we can win against any team as long as we play together. We have chance to win any match."

Venezuela coach Roberto Garcia:

"I just want to congratulate Italy. They played very well. Their service and blocks were really good."

Venezuela captain Oscar Garcia:

"Congratulation to the Italy. They are strong team. We had a lot of troubles during the match. We did mistakes. We are disappointed. We hope next game we will play better and do our best. Now we should focus on the next match."
