"This is our worst game in the last three months" says Serbia coach Sinisa Reljic

Serbia's setter Aleksa Brdjovic after post match interview

Serbia Coach Sinisa Reljic:

"This is the worst game we played in the last 3 months. When we make analysis we will see the reason for that. Before the game I said to my players that it is dangerous to think that game will be easy. This is a World Championship. We have to play %100 in every game. Tunisia played very well in the second and third sets. Then we had serious problem in reception. They served good services and we had problem with that. I'm so mad about this game. If we play like this in the next game, we won't have any chance to qualify. I think this is about our mentality because in important games we focused %100 and if it's not that important we think it will be easy. This is we have to work on for the future."

Serbia Player Aleksa Brdjovic:

"In my opinion we didn't play well today. Our captain has Knee injury. Maybe it was the match time, it is early for us. However, Tunisia played really well today. At the end we had our luck. This is good because we have tougher match against Canada."

Tunisia Coach Mohammed Mounir Gara:

"Tunisian team played their best today. We lost already the last points of the match because of two reasons. First of all we are less experienced than the Serbian team. Secondly we lost our concentration. Players tried to avoid committing mistakes which caused us to lose the match. Also we had a big trouble with the injury of our captain and he plays in the position of outside hitter. Today because of his injury we replaced him with another player which is the middle blocker. Of course change in player’s situation in such a short time cause a lot of problems like reception and other things he doesn’t have the experience for this position."

Tunisia Team Captain Ousama Mrika:

"Regarding my medical condition yesterday, I feel a lot of improvement. Doctor told that I should stop playing till the end of the competition but I feel better right now. Maybe after few days I can join my team. We had the problem with our concentration at the crucial moment. On the other hand Serbian team were more concentrated on the critical points of the match. Their mentality was higher than us so they could win the match but we can win such a match with these standards."
