Brazil captain Rosamaria Montibeller: On Saturday we are going to play against Serbia, a very strong contender

In mixed zone, translating the answers of Brazil Rosamaria Montibeller

Brno, Czech Republic, June 26, 2013 – Brazil enter quarterfinal beating Algeria 3-0

Brazil coach Luizomar De Moura: Today we didn’t play with our traditional line-up because we played hard games the days ago. Our preliminary group was the most difficult of the whole championship. So we let today some players to rest, to be available for next matches. We managed the game, we played better than yesterday and now we’ll concentrate to get to the semifinal.

Brazil captain Rosamaria Montibeller: It’s very important to know that all our players are ready to play. It keeps us calm. Tomorrow we have a free day. We’ll prepare on the next match. On Saturday we are going to play against Serbia. It’s a very strong contender, so we have to prepare us the best we can.

Algeria coach Saidani Aimed Eddine: We knew that Brazil is a very strong team. I prepared the team to play without shame and to develop good volleyball. We wanted to take experience from this match. Now I’m happy – like after the game versus Turkey – because we resisted and played good game. We completed the matches against Italy, Turkey and Brazil. These teams are top teams and we can grow through the experiences of these matches.

Algeria captain Sarah Akroun: I had good impressions today. We tried to play well and that’s ok. Brazil is a big, big team. The match brought us experience for our future. We learned a lot.
