Dinamo Kazan coach Rishat Gilyazutdinov:

"I think we showed in this game that we were ready and how strong we can play as a team. As we knew the Brazilians would be very good in reception we prepared a strategy to against and could stop them by our blocking game and our spikes.”

Dinamo Kazan wing spiker Jordan Quinn Larson-Burbach:

“It was really important that we could follow our game plan for this game. I think it’s a big success for our club as it’s the first time a Russian team can win this tournament. Nevertheless, we have to prepare now for the finals of the Russian League in Moscow.”
