Marko Podrascanin, the new lighthouse of Serbia

London, Great Britain, July 31, 2012 – Marko Podrascanin, 24-year-old, is one of the leaders of Serbia team and is ready to perform his astonishing block in London. “I know I’m a strong blocker, but it’s not really important to count out my blocks at the end of the Olympics, but most important is playing well as a team. From the first serve to the last spike, that’s what you need in volleyball.”

With a bad start against USA, Serbia managed to beat Tunisia on the second day of men’s tournament and is heading to play with Germany on a key match for the pool on Thursday here in Earls Court.
