Biography |
|
Osvaldo Sumavil began officiating Volleyball referee in Santa Rosa – La Pampa (ARG), in Local State Volleyball Federation in 1988. He achieved his Indoor National rating in 2000, and this year he was officiating to first time, with first referee in the National Gold Cup. Osvaldo achieved his certification as a National Beach Volleyball Referee in 2002, during 2004/2007 he training in National Tour of beach volleyball from Brasil, and attended his International Candidate Course in Hamburg, Germany in 2008. Nominated in 2009, Osvaldo has been an active referee on the FIVB World Tour, having officiated in 18 WT Events, including World Championships U21 Rio 2005 with Local National Referee. Osvaldo currently serves as the FeVA National Director for Beach Volleyball Referee Certification and Training, and he works in collaboration with the CSV (South American Volleyball Confederations) like assistant for the development of beach volleyball referees |
