Cairo, Egypt, March 18, 2010 – Host side Egypt won the opening match against Tunisia in the Youth Olympic Games African Girls’ Qualification tournament on Wednesday beating them in straight sets (25-20, 25-17, 25-23) at the Cairo Stadium complex in Cairo, Egypt.
