Jukka Lehtonen: I'm a happy captain today

Egypt's  captain  Ashrf Abouelhassan: "Congratulations to the  Finnish team, they played very well. We didn’t play good today. We committed a lot of mistakes in defence and block although we hoped to achieve a win against Finland. We will sit together with the coach to handle these mistakes."

Finland's captain Jukka Lehtonen: "Today I am a very happy captain for many reasons. We claimed a fantastic win and we confirmed our third place position in Pool C which means we will stay in the next edition of the FIVB World League. Today we played good services  and defence in the first and second sets and in the third set we took the lead easily without committing mistakes."

Egypt's coach Intonio Giacobbe: "Some times the comment of the match is very hard as for the match of today. Some players suffered from some physical conditions and they were absent, others like Ahmed Salah suffered from stomach pain. The players lost concentration, they couldn’t play so we must stay together to handle this situation."

Finland's coach Mauro Berruto: "If the captain said he‘s happy, I  am also a happy coach. It’s true we got our goal this season which is very difficult as we have new players and many changes in the team. I am very happy and proud of my team. We know the match abroad has its own difficulties so I am proud with the way that my players controlled the match. They played a very good match in blocking, only some mistakes in services and I will ask my players to play a strong match tomorrow."
