Germany's captain Björn Andrae said: “We reached our goal: six points”

German Georg Grozer (in attack) was the best scorer of the match

Argentina's captain, Rodrigo Quiroga: "I’m disappointed about our second loss. We played better than yesterday but still there were too many times in which we didn’t play well. In the next two group matches against Cuba we will try to prepare ourselves for the Final round."

Germany's captain, Björn Andrae: "We reached our goal: six points. Today we showed that we act as team and that we are complete. Our libero Sebastian Pruesener played outrageously today. Nevertheless we had too many downs in our game. We need to work on that and get more stable."

Argentina's coach, Javier Weber: "We were better than yesterday but the attacks made the difference because Germany were a lot better at that part. In the other elements we played stronger than yesterday. All in all it was a good game from my team."

Germany's coach, Raúl Lozano: "The game was better than yesterday. Our serves weren’t as strong as usual so we had more difficulties with block and defence. Sebastian Pruesener played very well in defence but still our defence had more problems in today's game because of Argentina's stronger serves."
