Italian captain Valerio Vermiglio says: “three more points important for the qualification”

Italy's head coach Andrea Anastasi: "The most important for us was to win 3-0 or 3-1. We were nervous in the fourth game because France were coming back. I was worried when Ngapeth was injured because there was a risk that my players were not totally focused after this."

France's head coach Philippe Blain: "Italy did a better performance and Alessandro Fei was the key player tonight. Like in Bercy, but for different reasons, we had a bad start. Antonin Rouzier and Baptiste Geiler brought good things on the net, to avoid the Italian blocks. Now we need points in the group and I hope that Earvin Ngapeth (an ankle sprain) will be able to play the next two weekends."

France's captain Oliver Kieffer: "Tonight Italy was stronger. We had some difficulties with the reception and their block was very efficient. We made some mistakes and against a team like Italy, it’s hard to perform."

Italy's captain Valerio Vermiglio: "It was a good match tonight. The Italian team did a better performance than in Bercy. France played well but we succeeded to play our tempo. The last two sets were played at a high level and I think that both teams will try to keep that level of play. Also, tonight it is three more points important for the qualification."
