Guillermo Garcia and Lucas Ocampo topped the home side's scoring with 15 points while Jakub Jarosz scored 13 for the visiting side.

The first set saw both teams come out strongly with a passionate display from the home side helping them see out the win thanks to put in a number of strong serves and blocking.

Poland rediscovered their rhythm in the second to win the set and bring the match level at 1-1.

Argentina came from 13-17 down to win a thrilling third set 25-20 to be within a set of the win.
