Team profile

Turkish Youth Team is climbing upto stairs day by day. They became champion at Balkan Youth Girls Championship at 2008. January of 2009 at European Championships 2nd Round Qualification in Alanya/Turkey,they became 1st and qualified to participate to the European Championships in Nedherland at 4-9 April 2009 where they became the 5th and get the right to participate to the Youth Girls' World Championships which will be organize in Thailand in July 2009.
Coach profile

Turkish Women's Youth Team head coach Ismail Yengil has been a Volleyball coach for 23 years.

He started his career at Izmir Sports club before a three-year stint at Karsiyaka Sports Club.

After two years managing the Arkas Men Sports Club, he returned to Karsiyaka, where he has remained to this day.

Yengil has concurrently coached the Women's National Youth Team for the last two years.
