Captain of the team: Miss Soriana Pacheco She was born in Maracay, Aragua State, and now she has only 16, being one of the most youngs of the girls of this team. But although, their teamamtes respect her, as long as she is the setter, and she is a really good one. She played on 2 Youth National Championships, 2 Junior National Championships and in the National Sports Games, in Lara 2002. She also played on the South American Youth girl's Championship in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, and on the South American Junior girl's championship in La Paz, Bolivia, both in 2002. She played against the Cuba team in March 2003. Expectations: Miss Pacheco knows that being in a world championship it's a goal itself, and playing with other high level teams it's a challenge. But she thinks that the first aim is to pass first round, and then try toi reach the final round, in order to be into the 8 finalists.
