Mariusz Lobacz

Mariosz Lobaz started his Volleyball career as a player and was a member of Poland's Junior Men's National team from 1980-84.

From their he continued his athletic career in one of the 1st league clubs for eight years up to 1992.

In 1998 he graduated from the Physical Education Acedmy and was awarded the professional coaching diploma.

Since 2000 he has been involved in the coaching of the Junior Women's Volleyball team but now he takes on the pressure-ridden task of coaching the Youth squad ahead of the World Championship on home turf.
