Italy and Cuba ready for the second duel in Andria

Italy celebrates after winning their first match against Cuba in the 2011 FIVB Volleyball World League
Andria, Italy, June 3, 2011 - After a spectacular victory in the first match of the second weekend of the FIVB Volleyball World League 2011 in front of more than 5,000 fans in Ancona, Italy will look for the double in a rematch with Cuba on Sunday in Andria.

It will be a very important match for Mauro Berruto's team on how they progress in the tournament. Cuba meanwhile will be looking for revenge after two defeats from three games in this year's tournament.

The Italian team, still unbeaten, want to defend top spot in Pool D and Berruto has asked his players for the same concentration they've had from the start of the World League.

“Against Cuba we had a great success,” Mauro Berruto said. “We have to continue in this way”.

The rivalry between the two teams is one of the most well known in world volleyball, and now Cuba hopes for revenge.

“We wants to win," Leon said. “We will not make the same mistakes and we have to stay focused throughout the match."
