   Profile
  One of the most experienced players of the German team is Simon Tischer. The 29-year-old setter won four national championships, three German Cups and the Champions League with his clubs Friedrichshafen and Athens. Additionally, the left-handed player was already able to gain experience with the national team and took part in the European and World Championship as well as the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. In 2010/11 he played a great role with his new club Ankara/TUR.
