  Universal player Olli Kunnari has played in the national team since 2002 and has 151 matches after resting last season.

At the 2007 European Championships he was one of Finland's key players as they finished fourth.

Kunnari now plays for IBB Istanbul, Turkey but has played in France for Beauvais and Cannes, in Poland with Olsztyn and in Greece with Olympiakos.

Kunnari was nominated as the best Finnish league player in 2004 and was also in the All-star team.
