The Netherlands coach Peter Blangé: "In four matches against Korea we only dropped one set. When their passing is under control they can play their favourite game with a lot of movement at the net. Then they are capable of winning sets against any team, and today they did so in the second. But we stayed very calm and patient and through some good serving from substitute setter Nico Freriks we regained the initiative in the match. We had to give it our best today and I’m very proud of this team who showed that they made a huge progression this summer. Throughout the whole FIVB World League I’m very pleased with our level. We began very good with three straight wins, with the spectacular win over Brasil. But against Bulgaria we had a lot more trouble to take control and get to our normal level. That shows us that we still have some steps to take to reach the top."
