Finland's stunning win over Russia made Berruto feel "enormously proud"

Finnish coaches had fun after their team had beaten Russia.
Russia's captain Aleksei Kazakov: "We did not have the same kind of reception or attack than we did in the first match. In the third and fourth sets we lost our heads too easily. We have to think how to go on after this."

Finland's captain Jukka Lehtonen: "Awesome victory against a top team. This is like another dream. In every aspect, we did not frustate this time. We stayed consistent, knowing that we can beat them."

Russia's coach Daniele Bagnoli: "I know that it was an important victory for Finland. Finnish reception made it really hard for us. We had a good possibility to make it already clear to be in the Final round. But if we must have some problems, it is better to have it now than later."

Finland's coach Mauro Berruto: "I am enormously proud, again one historical day to remember, like beating Brazil 364 days ago here in the same place. Now we have beaten gold, silver and bronze medalists of the last Olympic Games. I am proud of all these young guys and whole Finnish Volleyball family. I felt like a South European atmosphere in the hall. We got our reception angles better. Defence and dig attack worked well."
