"It was our best game in this year's competition", Cuba's coach Orlando Samuels Blackwood said

Post game press conference

Poland's captain Pawel Zagumny: "It was a very bad game for us. The Cubans played definitely better in every aspect of the game. Although we stayed close for most of the time we were unable to win even a set. Congratulations to Cuba. They played really good and deserved the win."

Poland's coach Daniel Castellani: "I would like to congratulate Cuba. They played great Volleyball and resulted much better than us. The biggest difference was in reception and serving. Our bad reception left us with no possibilities in attack and we couldn't play the way we wanted. All the time Cuba was in front and our rivals were imposing conditions all the game."

Cuba's captain Robertlandy Simon Aties: "The atmosphere was great in the hall. We won in straight sets, although our win wasn't as easy as it seems. Poland fought really hard and we had to give our best."

Cuba's coach Orlando Samuels Blackwood: "I would like to thank for the congratulations. I think it was our best game in this year's competition and Poland played probably the worst. We did an excellent job from the tactical point of view, were very good in serving area. My team showed great fighting spirit and stayed calm even when the rivals fought back to level the score."
