"Do or die" for Bulgaria, time for experiments for Brazil

Varna, Bulgaria, July 9, 2010 - After sealing a place in Cordoba, Brazil will have to play against their host Bulgaria, running on the edge.

One point might be enough for the Lions to qualify to the Final Round but nobody in Varna is making any calculations. For Bulgaria tonight's match is "Do or die"as for thier opponent it would be just a brilliant opportunity to test the youngsters.

"We already have qualified but I believe it is an opportunity of a life time for some of our player to be tested in athmosphere as this one in Varna. Giba is going to taste the court after injury and we might give some rest for Bruno because he is exausted," Brazil's coach Bernardo Rezende said. "However, the hall is fantastic and some of our younger players have never played in conditions as those. Unique public, fantastic hall."

Facing the opportunity to lose and drop off at the last stage, Bulgaria will give all of their strength and passion to win at least a point on Friday.

"We need to play the same style as we did yesterday but with less mistakes," Bulgaria captain Vladimir Nikolov said. "We are passionate
enough with our play and we can do it. We are obliged to this by the people supporting us. And we do not count for somebody else to qualify us. We need to win."

The great Volleyball derby is today at 3 pm GMT in Bulgaria's Volleyball capital Varna with more than 7,000 people expected in the hall, including President of the State Mr. Georgi Parvanov.
