Catamarca, Argentina, June 19, 2010 – After the incredible framework at Catamarca Stadium at the start of the third weekend of the 2010 FIVB World League, with over 6,000 fans cheering the local team, a new crowded light blue – white scenery is the promise for the second duel between Argentina and Germany, this Saturday, again at 9:10 pm at the Capital Sport Centre.
The team coached by Javier Weber, that already qualified for the Final Six that will be hosted in Cordoba July 21–25, will try to clinch their first victory of this competition, after five defeats. Germany, meanwhile already obtained three victories, with the one played on Friday night as visiting team.
After Friday’s match Weber accepted the bad output of his team: “We played the worst match as a team” but immediately afterwards he guaranteed that Argentina will try to recover its concentration and good performance.
On the other side of the table, Raul Lozano showed his happiness as his team put pressure: “Not leaving Argentina to do its game”.
Argentina will close the first half of the Intercontinental Round at home leaving then for Europe for their presentations in Poland and Germany as visiting team, while Germany will return home to Trier.
