33 year-old wing receiver or opposite, born in Oswiecim. He played in many clubs of Polish Volleyball League, at the moment in Delecta Bydgoszcz. From 1999 to 2004, he played in Italy (Padova, Cagliari, Trieste) and France (Tourcoing). During the season 2008/09 he played for the Turkish club ArkaSpor Izmir. He was Captain of the Polish Volleyball National Team when Raúl Lozano was the head coach. He has been playing in the National Team for 14 years, with a total of matches over 250. Until 2008 he participated in the 11 editions of the World League tournaments (1998-2008). He was the leader of the team which obtained the title of the Junior World Champion in 1997. Despite being a reserve player (not playing in the first 6), he held the position of the captain. The player had a big influence on the team that won the Vice-Champion title during the 16th Men's Volleyball World Championships in Japan. He was announced MVP Player at the 2009 European Championships and won together with the Polish National Team the title of European Champion. He is married to Aleksandra, their daughter Maria Aleksandra was born on 2005 and their son Julian in 2010.
