Simo-Pekka Olli is very tall player as a setter, 204 cm. 24 years old Olli has been playing in the Finnish national team since 2005. However he has had a lot of injuries, which have influenced his playing.

He has played three seasons in Italy, two of them in Padova and one in Bergamo. Last two seasons he has played in Raision Loimu in the Finnish League. His idol is Lloy Ball, American setter.
