Serbia comes from behind to beat Korea

Korea attempts a quick attack against Serbia

Jeonju, Korea, June 20, 2009 - Serbia came back to beat Korea on Saturday 3-1 (14-25, 29-27, 25-18, 25-18) during Pool B action of the 2009 FIVB World League at the Jeonju indoor stadium.

In the first set, Korea started off very well and won 25-14. They overwhelmed the Serbians, who had trouble with jet-lag in the first set. A hard-fighting Serbia, however, began to control the match from the second set, winning 29-17.

Having shaken off the cobwebs, the Serbians blocked the Korean attacks by taking advantage of their height in the third and fourth sets (25-18, 25-18) to win the match 3-1.
