Argentina goes for the victory that could take it directly to Serbia Final Round

Formosa is ready for a new Argentina-Serbia

After today’s victory vs. Serbia 3-1, the Argentine Men Team feels nearer of qualifying for the Final Round by its own performances.  To obtain it, this Saturday, on the second match of the fifth weekend of the 2009 FIVB World League Intercontinental Round, in Formosa city, Argentina looks forward to defeating once more Serbia at home.

 

With both teams without any injured player, no doubt another victory of the light blue-white jersey team coached by Javier Weber, would live it on the door of the Belgrade final phase thanks to its great output – after five victories out of a total of nine matches already played. 

 

Argentina obtained one victory 3-2 in Serbia getting 2 points while now, playing better and showing its growth, match after match it obtained its second consecutive victory 3-0 vs. Korea and 3-1 vs. Serbia, what adds 3 points on each match. 

 

At the same time, France is playing away from home, now vs. Korea in one end of the world, to cross it for the sixth and last weekend of the regular phase, to play vs. Argentina in San Juan Aldo Cantoni stadium next weekend (July 16th – 17th).
