Poland pulled off a major upset against the mighty titleholders Brazil on Friday in Goiana, Brazil when they defeated the home favorites 3-0 in a match lasting 1 hour 20 minutes in front of a crowd of almost 10,000 fans. Poland went out strong in defense and held off the Brazilians with excellent blocking in the first set.
