3 rounds at home - 3 rounds away, 2 matches each weekend against the same team
Total 96 matches - 12 matches for each team

Final round
August 13 to 18 in Belo Horizonte & Recife, Brazil
2 pools with 4 teams (Total 16 matches)
2 cities for Pool Play, 1 city for Semi-Finals and Finals

Qualification for the Final Round
The best two ranked teams from each Intercontinental Round pool (8 teams) will play for the World League title in the Final Round.
The team of the organizing country of the Final Round will be automatically qualified.
In case that the team of the organizing country is not among the 8 qualified teams, the lowest second ranked team of the Intercontinental Round will be eliminated and replaced by the organizer.
