Who will be 2006 World Grand Prix champion?

The stage is set in Reggio Calabria, Italy. 

After three weeks of Preliminary Round action, five teams will join hosts Italy in five days of world class action. The teams will play in two pools of three and the best teams after the pool play will play the finals to decide the winner of the 2006 World grand Prix.



Reggio Calabria is the extreme south-western region of Italy, washed by the Tyrrhenian Sea and the lonian. It is an essentially mountainous region, bordered by a wild and beautiful coastline. The region of Reggio Calabria also offers a rich heritage of remains from the Roman Age, such as baths, theaters and bridges.
The region was previously part of the Empire of Byzantium, which influence is still visible in the religious buildings present in the area
