The Dutch national team wins at the tie breaks the match versus Cuba. A match in which the girls of the coach George were very positive, after the win gained against Italy. Very good the performances of Ramirez, Mestre and Ruiz and of all their mates that in the first two sets never let Netherlands attack. Only at the end of the third set Visser and especially Staelens took the team in their hands, trying to recover the points lost. The result was a second part of the match that made all the spectators stop breathing for a while. Cuba lost especially because of some mistakes made in reception.
