Kampala, Uganda, October 19, 2013 - Uganda and Egypt will join Kenya in the final qualification Pools of the FIVB World Championship at the end of the zone 5 Pool Q qualifiers.

Tanzania, who have been a tournament revelation despite not winning a game, managed to score beyond 10 points - going down 25-11, 25-17 and 25-11 in all the three sets.
Kenya, who have qualified as the top seeds from their seed, now look to the final qualification berth as Tanzanian go back to embark on a journey that will promote and make the sport popular among locals.
“It has been a good outing for us,” Lung’aho said.
“I can say my team has been determined throughout the games we played and l can’t ask too much from, they did their best,” said Paul Bitok.

As Egypt struggled on service, Uganda's setter Eunice Nuwabigaba carried her team.
Irene Adeke also tested Egypt’s attack with her blocks, as liberos Shila Omuriwe and Flavia Nandawula provided good cover.
“It’s too much, we worked so hard for this and finally prayers have been answered,” captain Prossy Alobo said.
tearful Egypt team looked on in disbelief, as coach Hesham Badrawy
declined comment citing vocal problems.
