It was an opportunity to test our strength - Simon

Coaches Orlando Blackwood (CUB) and Fethi Mkaouar (TUN) before the match

Mohamed Ben Slimen, Tunisia captain: "After Brazil, we faced another strong team: Cuba. Today we had a lot of problems and many faults characterized our match. We need to work more to improve, to play better and we hope to win the last match or, at least, to play the last one better than today."

Robertlandy Aties Simon, Cuba captain: "Thanks so much to all the people here in Verona. This match was important before tomorrow, when we will play the last important game against Brazil. This was an opportunity to test our strength. What is the Brazil weakness? Well, I think they don't have one. They play wonderful Volleyball: tomorrow we expect a great, fabulous match."

Fethi Mkaouar, Tunisia coach: "Everybody knew that Cuba was a very strong team physically but our performance was worse than yesterday: the difference in the playing level does not justify our faults, particularly in serve and attack. I cannot compare the two matches: against Brazil we suffered from their technical power, today we played against a team whose physical strength is the best feature they have. Tomorrow we have to change something in our mind in order to face Spain with the desire to play better."

About the possibility of a new starting six: "We do not have to change players, but change mentality."

Orlando Blackwood, Cuba coach: "It was not a hard match. I saw a good concentration level during all the match. I am satisfied with my team: technical and physical performances were good, our mentality improved."

About the absence of Marlon: "I know that Brazil have a problem with their setter Marlon and they will be obliged to play with one setter only. If Bruno plays well, nothing will change. But if the setter's performance is weak, Bernardinho will not have any chance to change him and it could be something good for Cuba."
