Two engaging teams
In the first set the Moldavian team was straggling. The head coach, Artur Romascan said on Saturday, that his team-members play just a little time together. They are providing for the qualification matches of the European Championship, therefore these matches are only training for them. So, the Moldavian team didn't fight well, the difference was big, and there was very good the teamwork in the Azerbaijani group, they won the first period.
In the second game the teams copied the first one, the Azerbaijani team did very well the receptions, and their blocks were excellent. Captain Romascan tried to inspire his players, but the team lost that set too.
The Azerbaijani group didn't play well against Slovenia on Saturday, but after the lost first and second set they got up, and stole a game. Now, Moldova copied this structure, the players got very ardent, the teamwork and the setter gave good assists to his team-mates. The Moldavian team and the coaches were very happy after the set, and they tried to win the fourth game, but
But the Azerbaijani team played well again, the Moldavians couldn't repeat that playing, that they showed in the third round, Motorin and his team-mates won absolutely deserved. The Moldavian is a very engaging team, but unfortunately the circumstances in their country are bad.
